Year-over-year trends in National Harbor show prices edging higher even as buyer activity cools. The typical home value is up compared with last year, while the median list price has jumped by more than 16 percent in this rolling three-month view. At the same time, homes sold and pending sales are both down compared with a year ago, pointing to softer demand.
