Inventory and contract activity in Brewster have shifted notably in this rolling three-month view. Active listings are down more than 30 percent year over year, even though they have climbed recently compared with the prior three-month period. New listings show a similar pattern, with a sharp month-over-month jump but a sizable decline from a year ago, while pending sales are also running more than 20 percent below last year.
