Heather was outstanding!

I met Heather at the end of July, and chose her (I had interviewed 2 other realtors before that.) because she was honest and straight shooting from the start, rather than padding the price to get my business. She clearly explained the changes in the buyer’s agent’s commission. In addition, had creative ideas and respectfully encouraged me try to initially list it at a higher price than she recommended, so that I would have no regrets. I am so very glad that I chose Heather!!! I was not disappointed!
Throughout the process, Heather exhibited a wonderful blend of honesty and respect of my situation and concerns. She was always calm and competent. I appreciated that as I waited for an offer and waited for the results of the inspections.
At all times, Heather responded to my texts and emails promptly, and answered my questions with patience and clarity. Heather went beyond the job description. I would definitely give Heather a five star rating!!! She made this wonderful and easy!
