Over the rolling three-month period ending in May 2026, Chelmsford home values eased slightly compared with a year earlier. The typical home value is down a bit year over year, and the median list price has fallen more noticeably over that same stretch. At the same time, inventory has expanded, with active listings up strongly from a year ago.
