The Columbia gas problem affect homes in a huge area.The property for a few months was essential not able to be sold because of the Columbia Gas issue. During this time Chris did his best to show, and the sell the property. Eventual after Columbia Gas finally fixed all the gas lines that were affected Chris was then able to find the buyer for this property. Took months, but Chris never gave up, or showed any disinterest. I plan to work with him in the near future.”

Bedford had 20 new listings and 13 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 37—down 2.63% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
Of those 37 active listings, 32.43% reduced their price in the month of July. The median listing price for homes in Bedford fell 3.91% from June to July, bringing the current median listing price to $959,900. Based on projected data for August, listing prices may continue to fall.
