When Victoria Kustov was assigned to my case, I was very fortunate indeed. Not only was she as mentioned above, but her compassion and dedication helped my wife and I get through the worst time of our 34 years together. I have spent twenty eight years making a difference in other peoples lives as a firefighter/emt.
