Washtenaw County is currently tilted toward sellers, with the market gauge indicating a seller’s market despite some shifting dynamics. Inventory has grown to about 2.9 months of supply, up nearly 29 percent from last year, which gives buyers a bit more breathing room than in the past.
Prices show mixed signals, with the typical home value around $433,700, down slightly both month over month and year over year, while the median list price is up over 3 percent from last year.
