For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $399,350 in Wright County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $389,030 in October.
Buffalo had 29 new listings and 23 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 55—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 55 active listings, 47.27% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Buffalo grew 5.7% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $377,780. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year. In September 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 50 days, compared to 81 days in September 2024.
