Homes now spend a median of 24 days on the market in the rolling three-month view, which is faster than a year ago but slower than some past peaks, and months of supply has roughly doubled year over year to 3.9 months, still consistent with a seller-leaning market. With more inventory, fewer bidding wars than in earlier years, and pricing that is still rising but more measured, local dynamics can feel complex.
