For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $325,000 in Ramsey County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $325,030 in April.

North St. Paul had 25 new listings and 15 listings that went under contract in March, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 28—up 33.33% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in April.

Of those 28 active listings, 28.57% reduced their price in the month of March. The median listing price for homes in North St. Paul grew 1.38% from February to March, bringing the current median listing price to $359,900. Based on projected data for April, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
