January’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $699,000—up 7.54% over the previous 12 months. Hudson County had 485 new listings and 273 listings that went under contract in January, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 1,172—down 2.9% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in February.

The median listing price for homes in Hudson County fell 8.72% from December to January, bringing the current median listing price to $675,000.
