Inventory in Princeton is relatively tight in this rolling three‑month view. Active listings are up only slightly year over year, rising about 1 percent to 158, while new listings have fallen roughly 7 percent. Many homes still move quickly, with more than a third going off the market within two weeks and months of supply staying well below a balanced level.
