My name is Andy and I am a full-time real estate agent with 10 years of experience. I received the NJAR Circle Of Excellence Award from 2014 to present. I average about 20 transactions a year and have closed at all price points as a solo agent.

Over the years I have become mostly a referral based agent. I realized early on that by taking care of my clients with the service and attention they need that they in turn take care of me by referring family and friends. If I fail to deliver, I fail to expand my business.
