Ricky was very helpful in my moving process! I was moving from out of state and had a specific window of time to visit the apartment. Ricky was punctual and welcoming during the visit. He was super responsive and friendly during all communication following the visit and during the application/waiting period. Ricky went above and beyond to make sure the information I needed was provided and even went back to the apartment to take measurements for me as I was out of state!
