Year-over-year, Pine Hills home values have edged up while activity has expanded noticeably in this rolling three-month view. Typical home value is up slightly compared to a year ago, while active listings have surged by more than 40 percent and homes sold have risen by about 14 percent.

Momentum on the listing side is strong, with new listings up roughly a third and pending sales climbing by about 42 percent from last year’s rolling period.
