Best. Realtor. Ever. Rosemarie not only perfectly managed a bidding war during the sale of my house, but she also kept my nerves under control, which is no easy task. She offered a perfect blend of knowledge and support. Additionally, her communication and responsiveness were off the charts. The sale of my house occurred in the midst of covid-19. It was nerve-wracking to say the least. Recognizing the complexity of the times she maintained seemingly constant communication with the buyer’s agent, bank, and attorneys to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience of working with her.
