We first met Monika at an open house about 6 years ago while relocating to the area. She was so knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping us. Long story short, we hired her and the showings began. We bought a beautiful home in Nassau! When it came time to sell, we called her over to help us with timing and a strategy. She was on point with all of her advice and we sold the house on the first day! There is no one better with her patience, tenacity, and problem solving. We feel lucky to call her a friend!
