He wants to understand what you are trying to build for yourself and your family, and then help you make the smartest possible decision about how to get there. So yes, someday I fully expect this review will include the story of the house Robert helped me buy or, at this rate, the dream home he helped me build. But he has already helped me with something far bigger than a real estate transaction.
