Michael did an outstanding job! Our deal just closed after an arduous 10 months(the delay had nothing to do with him). He supported us every step of the way, negotiated a pre occupancy agreement, made calls, met with inspectors, the list goes on! I can't begin to explain how he went above and beyond. We're impressed with his ability to hustle and do what it takes to close a deal. I welcome DM's and or calls to support this reference, without question. He did more for us than any two attorneys! Amazing! Give him a chance and the deal will get done!

Mike was a great agent from beginning to end. He was very accessible all of the time and always available to answer questions. He gave great advice about pricing of the houses and had a ton of knowledge about foundation and other house issues. He was very quick to relay information between the buyer and seller and always had our best interest in mind when negotiating.

Michael was amazing from the start. I was really overwhelmed by the whole process and he guided me through it and just made everything very easy. Michael is hands down the best realtor I've ever worked with. From start to finish he was truly incredible. Michael took us to more than 50 houses to look at and at each of them was very knowledgable about the house. He was extremely responsive to every question I had and always had a positive attitude.
