To be 100% transparent Ammar said he could get me more money than the other guy. So I fired the other guy. After speaking with Ammar I realized he offered so much more for the money, as well as ensuring that our listing make it to the right people. I had one offer / one viewer and they took the place. (for a much larger amount than asking)

He also helped me find another place really fast. Amazing human to work with. Very kind and flexible too. When I need another realtor, you can be damn sure I am calling Ammar.
