Over the rolling three-month view ending in April 2026, Kent’s home values are running slightly below last year while listing prices are modestly higher. The typical home value is down a few percent year over year, but the median list price has edged up, suggesting sellers are still testing higher price points. Compared with a year ago, homes are taking much longer to sell and inventory has expanded noticeably.
