Working with Diana was an exceptional experience from start to finish. She handles all the fundamentals exactly as you would hope. She’s organized, communicative, and steady throughout the process. But she well exceeds 'fundamental'.... Her instinct for pricing is sharp and grounded in reality, not wishful thinking. She understands how to position a property so it attracts real interest right away. And her marketing is thoughtful and effective. It never felt generic or templated. What I appreciated most was her agility. If something wasn’t quite landing, she would adjust quickly and confidently, always with a clear rationale. That kind of nimbleness is rare and incredibly valuable. She’s also deeply connected within the local real estate ecosystem. From attorneys to inspectors and everything in between, she knows who to call and how to keep things moving. That network matters more than people realize, and she uses it well. On top of all that, she’s responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely personable. You always feel like you’re in capable hands. I cannot recommend Diana highly enough. She was amazing throughout me and my wife's home buying process from start to finish. She helped us find the right houses to look at and gave us information about them ahead of time to ensure we didn't go to houses that seemed like they fit our needs, but had some issue that we hadn't anticipated. Diana helped us understand what to look for in every house we looked at, going well beyond what we had been able to learn by reading books and listening to podcasts about buying a home.
