Year-over-year, NoHo’s rolling three-month data shows prices moving higher even as activity cools. The typical home value is up about 13% compared with a year ago, and the median list price has climbed roughly 17%, outpacing Manhattan overall where the median sale price is up about 9%.

In the latest rolling period through May 2026, inventory has shifted meaningfully. Months of supply has expanded to about 16.8 months, more than double Manhattan’s 8.4 months, while active listings in NoHo are down around 9% from a year earlier, indicating a smaller pool of homes taking longer to be absorbed.
