Scott Eisenberg was our realtor for the sale of our existing home, as well as the purchase of our new home. Right away, we saw how much he paid attention to detail in every aspect of the home buying/selling process. He has a keen sense of how to prepare a home to make it attractive to buyers. He hired a videographer whose video of our home was so amazing that I believe it was key in getting so much traffic to our home on our first open house weekend (in fact, we got an offer right away). While I was originally very conservative in the price I thought the home could fetch, Scott knew the market and encouraged me to go beyond my gut instinct, and he was absolutely right; the home fetched $50k more than the price I originally proposed to Scott. He arranged for other services, such as finding a lawyer, a home inspector, and contractors, and he regularly kept me informed of every update. In short, Scott went above and beyond all I could have expected from a realtor, and I couldn't recommend
