“I was looking for an agent to help me with buying a home in the state of North Carolina. I don't live there so I wanted to get a recommendation. I found Agent Pronto online and filled out some information and shortly after got a call from a realtor in North Carolina. Erica (the realtor) was great to work with and I recently closed on a home I wanted. Everything went smooth as possible!”

“As a first time home buyer, I had no knowledge of the real estate market or the process of home buying. Traci looked out for me every step of the way, ensuring I was getting the best deal and answering any questions. When I found the home I wanted to purchase, Traci was able to get me a few extra incentives from the seller. It's those little things that really matter and I appreciated her attentiveness to seeing that I was happy with my home purchase. ”

“We were referred to Erin by Agent Pronto. We started the home search almost a full year before we planned to purchase. Because we were moving from out of state and because of the pandemic, all of our research was conducted online. Erin sent us daily updates so we could compare prices, availability and neighborhoods, and we just moved into our new home.”

“I was having sleepless nights about selling my house. I reached out at 2am for support and immediately got feedback via text! I put my complete trust in the agent suggested. Sharon Maney was thorough, understanding and conscientious of my time and emotional state of disconnecting from the home I had raised my children in. We went on the market and under contract in 10 days! Needless to say, I really wasn't ready to move so quickly, but we had to and I don't regret a thing! There were bumps in the road but Sharon rode them out with me; I'm so grateful for the free service offered by Agent Pronto.”

“Brandon Chase provided us with exemplary service. Our home sale involved multiple complications, including our being hundreds of miles away while the house was on the market and problems with the house itself that emerged in the course of the marketing process. Brandon was resourceful, responsive and reliable. Above all, we found that we could rely on his commitment, integrity, and honesty in looking out for our interests, even though we were far away most of the time. Brandon is a consummate professional and also a decent, humane person -- a combination that ought to be more common than it is. We have no hesitation in recommending him as a real estate agent to anyone.”
