Michael always treated me with respect and kindness. This process was smooth the whole way. The hardest part was finding the right home for me. I wanted a new home, and Michael worked it out! He got me a great deal and negotiated my Down payment from the builder. Once I made the decision on what house I wanted on November 2, we were ready to close. On November 17, 2023, I Received My Keys!

Selling my home was a tough decision I had to make but Michael was determined to help me. We had a few set backs and there were many tears shed on my end but he always had encouraging words and listened to all my questions and concerns. A couple times we weren’t sure if we would actually be able to sell and right when we thought we were running out of time he made a miracle happen and we sold my home!
