“Lin was absolutely amazing!! I've sold several properties with other agents, and sold the last two with Lin. I can only say that I wish I'd found her sooner! I live out of state and she made the process seamless. She took on these listings (each with its own issues) and she sold both properties at (and above) asking price. She is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and very pleasant to work with! I strongly recommend working with Lin, have already recommended her to family, and will definitely list with her again. Thank you so much, Lin!!”

“Mitzy has been such an eye opener and stress reliever. She took care of everything so quickly and diligently, she made us both feel so included and well informed. She is kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, patient and so much more! We had a rough experience and had to drop a real estate agent and called Century 21 and thank goodness we got Mitzy. She found us a house within 3 days of signing the documents to hire her. She explained what we could do to save us money but also got us the house. She made sure we were well informed on possibilities from her knowledge of the market. I cannot recommend her enough!!”

Their deep passion for what they do and the clients they serve is evident in every interaction. “Matt Hyduchak was exactly the agent for us. He listed our home for sale and I brought him on for the buying process of our new construction home. I like to be involved in the real estate process and Matt allowed me to do so with all the communication I needed. I had many suggestions and requests throughout the listing period and Matt took everything into consideration with professional expertise, knowledge and kindness. Selling houses during this time was difficult for everyone, so Matt went the extra mile to increase our showings and presence, all while encouraging our confidence in selling our home. Though we believe our new home is forever, we would definitely ask Matt to represent us again if we choose to sell.”
