Mitzy has been an absolute pleasure and we could not imagine working with anyone from here on out. She is patient, understanding and supportive. She eliminated all stress and worry of the unknown and kept us informed of every single thing along the way. She spent so much time staging our home to look amazing and doing an open house. She knew the strongpoints of the house and amplified those. Selling a house for the first time is stressful and so much unknown. She is very knowledgeable and explains things in terms we can understand. She supports in our decisions but makes sure we come out the best we can. Our inspection came back and had disappointed us and Mitzy reassured us and addressed all issues and had it resolved. She is quick and efficient. I could go on and on about working with her. Mitzy has been such an eye opener and stress reliever. She took care of everything so quickly and diligently, she made us both feel so included and well informed. She is kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, patient and so much more! We had a rough experience and had to drop a real estate agent and called Century 21 and thank goodness we got Mitzy. She found us a house within 3 days of signing the documents to hire her. She explained what we could do to save us money but also got us the house. She made sure we were well informed on possibilities from her knowledge of the market. I cannot recommend her enough!!
