We interviewed several firms to handle my parents estate and I feel very fortunate that we met with Jennifer and chose her to sell my parents home. She was the perfect person to guide us gently through the process and sale during this very difficult time which was compounded by the fact that we live in Florida. She coordinated and secured a house cleaner, carpet cleaner and took it upon herself to make sure the house was ready for potential buyers in our absence. Her son was a huge help to us as we packed my parents belongings to take with us.

I felt secure knowing Jennifer was at the helm and trusted her completely throughout the process. She remained calm, level headed and reassuring during all this as we were grieving our parents. She has continued her thoughtfulness with updated pictures of the changes made by the new owners. I appreciate the time and effort she devoted to us.
