Year-over-year, Jackson County’s home values have climbed much faster than the state overall, with the typical home value up about 25 percent compared with a modest statewide gain. At the same time, supply has expanded, as months of supply is up sharply from a year ago to 8.3 months, signaling a strong tilt toward buyers.

In the latest monthly snapshot for April 2026, the typical home value sits at about $524,500, while the median list price has eased compared with both last month and last year.
