Home values in Highland County have been edging up over the past year, with the typical home value rising about 7 percent. At the same time, the share of homes selling above list has climbed roughly 17 percent year over year, and the average sale-to-list ratio is about 3 percent higher than last year. Inventory has loosened compared with a year ago, with months of supply up more than 60 percent, even as active listings are still down slightly year over year.
