Arlene is amazing! She is very personable and was super responsive, knowledgeable, and just overall caring. She provided insight when looking at houses and was able to identify things that I would have missed. We looked at several houses and helped negotiate offers. When I called or texted her, she was quick to respond and set up showings with many of them being the same day. I will definitely use Arlene again!

Before I met Arlene, I used other real estate agents to buy homes; however, none of them came close to providing the superior knowledge, service, and expertise that Arlene provided. Her experience and extensive knowledge of resources and various professionals needed to provide an accurate assessment of an older house I was purchasing proved invaluable. Arlene took it upon herself to contact the various inspectors and other professionals with specialties that I did not know even existed but which proved crucial in providing valuable information about the house. Because of her hard work, several important issues were discovered and Arlene was very helpful in negotiating ameliorations and an excellent price. I cannot say enough good things about Arlene and my experience working with her. Her top notch service and professionalism made all the difference in the success of my purchase and I will definitely use her again for my next purchase. I highly recommend her.

Arlene is a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and personable agent. We had our house sold, but the buyers failed to meet time restrictions, During the time we worked together, she showed us several properties that were right for us and would have purchased one. However, since the sale of our property failed to come to fruition, we decided to stay where we are. If we were to put our property up for sale again, we certainly would have Arlene be our agent.
