Mack’s housing market has strengthened over the past year on a rolling three-month basis. Typical home values are up compared to last June, rising about 6 percent to around $382,000, while median list prices are also slightly higher year over year. Activity has picked up too, with homes sold increasing more than 45 percent and pending sales up nearly 24 percent from a year ago.
