Sidney had 33 new listings and 23 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 84—up 9.09% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
Of those 84 active listings, 28.57% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Sidney grew 29.61% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $225,450. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
