Lainy went above and beyond to be available and to clearly communicate the steps of listing and selling a home. As a first time seller, I was initially overwhelmed by the process in a competitive market. But, having Lainy’s around the clock help and guidance resulted in getting a full asking price on the first day of listing. I can’t help but think her knowledge and expertise had something to do with closing that quickly. She is passionate about helping others and is an advocate for her clients.

Lainy helped me navigate through buying my first home and I couldn’t be happier!
