Supply has expanded meaningfully, with months of supply roughly doubling year over year to 4.8, a higher level than the broader Bend market at 3.8 months. At the same time, homes sold in Larkspur are down more than 20% from a year earlier, even as pending sales have risen over 22%, pointing to more transactions moving through the pipeline but closing at a slower pace.
