Five years appraising property for Lane County taught me how value actually gets defended—line by line, with a source behind every adjustment. That's still how I price a listing and how I write an offer.

In 2018, my family and I closed on a 2.25-acre low-density residential parcel in La Pine that had sat on the market for 700 days. Eight years later, there are nine homes on it. Pine Landing is the project I'm proudest of, and it's why land conversations come easily to me—ORS 92 partition vs. subdivision thresholds, serial partition risk, utility hookups, and what rural infrastructure actually costs.
