Pleasant Valley had 21 new listings and 14 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 19—up 5.56% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.
The median listing price for homes in Pleasant Valley grew 2.96% from December to January, bringing the current median listing price to $624,900. Based on projected data for February, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year.
