September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $252,900—up 12.4% over the previous 12 months. The median listing price for homes in Orangeburg County fell 0.96% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $232,500. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
