Inventory and contract activity in Hutchinson County showed mixed signals in September 2026, with 23 active listings holding steady from the prior month while homes sold jumped about 60 percent. At the same time, new listings dropped sharply by nearly half month over month and pending sales fell by about 50 percent, suggesting fewer fresh options even as more recent deals reached the finish line.
