Union County currently leans toward sellers, with the market gauge signaling a seller’s market even as conditions show signs of softening. Months of supply has risen to about 8.4, notably higher than Tennessee’s 5.3 months, indicating buyers have more options than in a tighter market.

Pricing trends point to some crosscurrents, as the typical home value is down nearly 6 percent year over year while the median list price has jumped more than 45 percent.
