Inventory in Armstrong County stayed limited in July, with only six active listings and just one new listing added. Homes sold fell to two for the month, and closed sales are down sharply from a year ago. Months of supply has climbed to about two months, which is much tighter than the roughly six months seen across Texas but higher than earlier this year. No recent sales have closed above list price, and a sizable share of homes still go off the market within two weeks, underscoring mixed conditions for negotiations.
