“We had an outstanding experience with Mike Harrison and Tara Harrison when selling our home in North Texas. They were excellent at proactively communicating, providing weekly updates on our listing, offer strategy and advice along the way, and generated over 300,000 views of our home from their social media plan. By far the best experience I have ever had in selling a home. I would highly recommend.”

“Tyon is an outstanding realtor and grateful and thankful that we got to work with him. I've been trying to sell my home for almost 2 years before working with him and out of the realtors that I've had, he did the most for us. He is all about his clients and makes sure to have their best interests at heart. He helped us with any repairs that could be done at the house so there wasn't any extra expense on our end, plus he ripped out the carpet for us so we could get it replaced. For things he couldn't do himself, we was always trying to find the least expensive solution for it. He was very knowledgeable in his field and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us get our house sold!”

Corsicana offers its residents a charming blend of rich history, welcoming community spirit, and convenient access to both cultural attractions and outdoor recreation.

Corsicana pairs a proud past with everyday convenience, about an hour from Dallas and within easy reach of Waco. Born from the state’s first oil boom, the city channels that can-do spirit into a revitalized downtown of brick storefronts, locally owned eateries, and performance spaces. Catch a touring act or community concert at The Palace Theatre, sample world-famous fruitcake at Collin Street Bakery, and keep tabs on services, parks, and events through the City of Corsicana. Weekend plans range from kayaking on Lake Halbert to sunset views over Richland-Chambers Reservoir, one of the largest lakes in Navarro County.

Families appreciate strong educational anchors. Corsicana ISD offers academic and extracurricular options across modern campuses, and Navarro College adds workforce training, university transfer pathways, and cultural programming that includes planetarium shows and museum exhibitions. Housing spans preserved Craftsman bungalows, mid-century homes, and new builds on larger lots, with price points that often compare favorably to bigger nearby markets like Ennis.
