Main Street District’s rolling three-month numbers show notable shifts from a year ago. Typical home values are down slightly year over year, while the median list price has fallen more sharply, dropping more than 20 percent. Compared with the broader Dallas market, values in Main Street District sit at a lower price point overall.
In the latest three-month window ending in July 2026, homes in Main Street District have a typical value of about $231,900, with a median list price near $257,400.
