Price trends in Downtown Dallas show mixed signals in this rolling three-month view, with the typical home value up slightly year over year but down sharply from early 2026 peaks. The latest typical home value sits around the mid-$300,000s, about 3 percent higher than a year ago, while median list prices have surged more than 40 percent year over year, indicating sellers are testing higher price points.
