Marylin definitely lives up to her reputation of going hard for her clients. I have never met another person more dedicated to their job. She worked day in and day out to fight for us to get our dream home that we finally closed on. She WILL advocate for you to the fullest and is assertive and persistent with her negotiations. We can’t recommend Marilyn enough. She helped my husband and I find a rental home shortly after getting married and went above and beyond for us as if we were buying a home. Sure, she is detail oriented, knowledgeable about the entire DFW area and “goes hard for her clients,” but she’s also straight shooting , yet patient and very kind.
