We didn't know Matt Dees until he was recommended to us, however, when we first met he had great energy and made us feel very comfortable through the process. He was very communicative from the beginning. He made time for showings and helped search out properties that he thought we would like ensuring we found the perfect house. After we found the house we loved he helped get us answers on the property and made sure we had all the information requested.
