Inventory in Dayton has tightened over the past year, even as activity has shifted. Active listings in the latest rolling three-month period are down compared with a year ago, and new listings have fallen by more than a third year over year. At the same time, pending sales and closings are running below last year, pointing to slower overall turnover.
