Firstly, Kristina is a phenomenal realtor! As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions and Kristina made sure that I was well informed throughout the process. Her communication was always clear and prompt. From our very first conversation to the signing of our purchasing agreement, I felt well taken care of. I contacted Kristina on a Wednesday and told her that I would have only 1 day to find a home in the Houston area since my family currently lives out of state. 3 days later Kristina had numerous showings scheduled for us (each of which were on right on target). Kristina found one new construction in particular that she thought we would love, and she was spot on! The property checked off every box (and more)!
