Inventory in Goliad County has tightened slightly, with 27 active listings in June, down about 10 percent from the prior month but still up more than a quarter year over year. Contract activity shifted as homes sold jumped to 4 in June, roughly doubling month over month and rising more than threefold from a year ago, even as pending sales fell sharply from May.

Sellers are also listing lower, as the median list price dropped about 39 percent from May and is now roughly 69 percent below its level a year ago.
Time on market shows a mixed picture, with the median days on market dropping from 224 in May to 91 in June, yet running much higher than last year, and months of supply easing from 12.4 in May to 5.3 in June, similar to the statewide Texas figure of 5.4 months.
